In the same weekend that the Iceland Airwaves festival took place, it’s only fitting that we featured a track from an artist whose sound is as crystalline, stunning and crispy as the country’s scenery. In an era where an artists growth is quiet with slowly spreading hits, this polished, somewhat anonymous tune has percolated and achieved relative success over very little time. Made up of two girls, Wyldest, from London, invoke their brand of Bon-Iver-on-crack-esque indie/electronic music with bold charismatic tendencies to the public. With this only being their second publicised track, I look forward to hearing more from them in the future.
