On the weekend of the 12th & 13th April, London play host to an Electronic Music event with a number of incredibly high profile appearances from major players within the scene. With the likes of Mixmag, Resident Advisor, Pioneer DJ, Defected Records, Ableton and Attack Magazine hosting lectures ranging from “Mastering in the box”, the “guide to setting up a label”, “The Art of DJing” and “Creating your own online PR Buzz”.
Spanning two full days in the heart of Shoreditch and an after party featuring a live performance from Legowelt, LEME (London Electronic Music Event) should be an event stick in your diary. It also represents a fantastic networking event for DJ’s, producers, label managers or anyone interested in learning more about an industry that is surely becoming foreword runners within music.
MPG Mastering Engineer of the year 2013, Matt Colton will be leading a talk on Mastering Alchemy; dispelling common myths and giving you an insight to a real art form.
Beatport, Juno, Roland, FCL and Kris Wadsworth are all in attendance on industry panels, production workshops and Keynote performances. It’s the best opportunity for you to pose those questions that have been boggling your mind for god knows how long. Incredibly insightful, you’ll no doubt pick up those extra tips on how you can improve your production technique, market your music, DJing skills… You name it, it’ll be there for you to soak in.
Weekend tickets are £60 and £65 with a live Legowelt performance.
Day tickets are £30 and £35 (+Legowelt, Saturday only)
Morning session tickets are £10 (Sessions 1-3)
